Overview

In World IT Workshop 2019, KIPS-CSWRG plans to publish high quality papers which cover the various theories and practical applications. In World IT workshop 2019, the published papers are expected to present results of significant value to solve the various problems with application services and other problems which are within the scope of HCIS. In addition, we expect they will trigger further related research and technological improvements relevant to our future lives. These are the hot topics that will satisfy the ever-changing needs of a world-wide audience. In approximately 5 to 10 years the editors plan to include new emerging topics to World IT Workshop 2019 scope, in order to make the workshop reflect future generations' IT related World IT Workshop 2019.

Submission Guidelines

Authors should submit a full paper with a single column in length, including all figures, tables, and reference (15~20 pages).
All accepted papers will be included in the World IT 2019 Congress CD proceedings (without ISSN/ISBN) - only first page.

Important Notice

1. Please DO NOT repeatedly create new paper id with an identical paper in our editorial system. When more than two identical papers are submitted in the editorial system, the papers will be rejected without review process.
If any problems, please contact to a leading program chair.
2. In case of more than two withdrawals of accepted papers, the author will be placed on a blacklist in our DB.
We will NOT allow your submission to Confs., SIs, and events.

Registration

All attendees at World IT Workshop 2019 should make the registration. One author per paper MUST be accompanied by one mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid until Registration Due Date. Without a dedicated registration, the paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings and it cannot be recommended to the journal special issues. The following registration rules are applied to the World IT Workshop 2019. All inquiries concerning registration and payment should be addressed to the general chair of World IT Workshop 2019 (witc2019.workshop@gmail.com)

Registration Fees

Registration - ￦870,000 KRW or $870 USD

Author Registration

To be published in the World IT 2018 proceeding, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference.
Includes one proceeding, keynote speech, and banquet fee.

Non-Authors Participation Registration

Registration- ￦680,000 KRW or $680 USD
Includes one proceeding, keynote speech, and banquet fee.

Additional Fees

Copies of proceedings - ￦100,000 KRW or $100 USD for one copy of additional proceeding.
Banquet Participation - ￦100,000 KRW or $100 USD for one person. Organization members or PC members can use the voucher (￦80,000 KRW or $80 USD) for the deduction of a registration (one voucher is only available on only registration).

Cancellation Policy
● 50% of the registration fee can be returned within one week after author registration, otherwise, the refund is NOT allowed.
● For authors who want to cancel the registration after the review notification, we only refund 50% of the registration fee within one week after the review notification.
